Tom Cruise is nuts
Xenu. Yes, you heard me. I. Said. Xenu. What we've got here is a failure to communicate.
SPIEGEL: That's not correct. Yours is never mentioned among the recognized detox programs. Independent experts warn against it because it is rooted in pseudo science.
Cruise: You don't understand what I am saying. It's a statistically proven fact that there is only one successful drug rehabilitation program in the world. Period.

To Tom, a "fact" is whatever Scientologists tell him. If they told him that it was a "statistically proven fact" that Scientologists can walk across the Pacific, he'd say that with just as much conviction.

Its funny how big a part of Tom Cruise's talks to promote this film have turned into talks about Scientology. It is particularly interesting here with this Spiegel piece since Scientology is quite controversial in Germany. A few years ago Scientology was given a sort of cult status by the Federal Republic. That they have tax exempt status in Canada and the United States seems wrong.
