Ham Tyler

HamTyler.jpg

Thanks to reader demand, Male Objectification Week at the Flea™ is seething in CanCon rage with Michael Ironside as Ham Tyler in V. Like many a Canadian bad-ass the full expression of his ability could only be found south of the border. Our loss. Today's objectified male also covers the crucial balding-guy with an attitude problem category.

Ham Tyler: What a waste of good luggage...

And then... That's CanCon rage. CanCan rage is something else entirely.

And then... Trudeaupia is making it difficult for me to concentrate on my commitment to gender-equity.

Given that the Flea's Male Objectification Week may not be to everyone's taste, I offer this visual diversion. I just wanted to fly the American flag in a gesture of friendship in honour of the President's visit. [Read More]

? Male Objectification Week from Raging Kraut
Just to show that he's an equal opportunity cheese/beef connoisseur, our fearless Red Ensign Brigade leader, Ghost of a Flea has been running very manly man shots this week. I'm thinking that the last manly man has to be Bruce... [Read More]

Have been re-watching the V series these past couple weeks because we just got the DVD. Ham Tyler is one of my favorite characters from that series.

My husband and I were thinking that Ham's character is the sort you'd want around if you had to take part in a resistance in real life. I can not imagine anyone else more perfect for the role than Michael Ironsides. He plays the role to perfection.

I never knew he was Canadian. I'll have to tell some of my Canadian relatives, they'll get a kick out of that.

It's the images of people like Ham, although he's fictional, that come to mind when I think of fighting the War On Terror. It's those types of characters, existing in real life, that will ensure we'll always stay free or die trying.

Lt. Rathjack: "This is for you new people. There's only one rule around here. Everone fights, nobody quits. If you quit, I'll shoot you myself."

Cancan, Cancon, not sure there's a REAL big difference.
