I wonder what the set-up was for the filming, and especially what prompted a genuine smile. The way all of the smiles ended abruptly makes me think that they were smiling "on demand," which then makes it questionable how "genuine" the "genuine" smiles really can be considered.
But then maybe I'm just smarting from having gotten only 50% of them correct. ;-)

Well, looks like everybody here beat me (15/20). Funny how stereotypes work though sometimes. Than again, I think Im biased being an American dentist.
