Lake Shore

I have already suggested Rob Ford was a riposte to Chris Christie. With Lake Shore, Toronto's transformation into New Jersey is complete.

Oh, Canada. They're always so smug and convinced they can outdo the U.S. But when it came time to formulate a Canadian version of Jersey Shore, they got all PC, casting people of different ethnic backgrounds. Know what? It's worse.

Take this castmember, for example.

Sibel, the Turk: She actually says, "I'm not racist. I hate everyone equally—especially Jewish people."

Isn't this technically a hate crime in Canada?

No, though it would seem to be a clear violation of Section 13.1. But since when did we trouble ourselves about the letter of the law in this country?
