Not helping

Haiti's Scientological benefactor has been revealed. John Travolta thought it was so important to make a show of himself bring in a crack team of Scientology "touch assist" therapists he flew them to Haiti himself in his private Boeing 707.

To Haiti's only airport. Which can handle only as many as 130 flights a day. After a massive earthquake.

WWTDD? comments on the healing power of Scientology.

You might think that an army of people who can heal the sick just by touching them would be a bigger story, maybe the biggest story of the past thousand years, but it’s not. It’s true, obviously, but it’s not very interesting. That’s why no one talks about it. I’m surprised they even mentioned it here.

Travolta's publicist, and the Church of Scientology, had a good day at the expense of dying people. Think what you will of Scientology's claims or Scientology's motives, they are hurting the situation far less than the UN and something like 10,000 "aid" organizations.
