Methinks the Lady has had some work done...

Curse you, Flea, I am now totally addicted to this video.

Not having seen any of her previous videos, I was under the impression that Lady Gaga was part of that cohort of girls of middling talent whose fame was derived primarily from a willingness to wear undergarments onstage (i.e. Lily Allen, Katy Perry).

But this video has gone some way toward rehabilitating her reputation with me; it is gorgeously shot, has a plot that extends beyond the usual conventions of the genre ("Look! Legs! Underpants!"), and doesn't make me want to throw a brick at the monitor.

Now that Amy Winehouse has given up her fledgling music career to be a full-time drug fiend, maybe Gaga can go back to her natural hair colour without fear of being mistaken for someone else.
