Not everyone gets the Flea vibe
Having recently - inaccurately - been described as a "Tory", it is with some satisfaction I note the Flea has not made the cut for Michael Taube's best of the blogosphere (right-wing version). That said, and given the Flea also does not qualify for the left-wing version, it is with some consternation I find the Flea does not even make the list of ok, non-partisan blogs. Given the Flea's links and traffic - and the fact I have been at this for some years now - Taube might usefully expand his horizons ever so slightly.
Or maybe he thinks I suck.
Either way, I am forced to conclude I am typing in an air pocket. Or possibly that Canada is the problem, that there is a good reason 85% of my traffic is from the US of A, that I am an American at heart and that Canada's media establishment can kiss my ass.

No, he does not run the internet. But he did run this piece in the same newspaper that wanted to run my posts (without paying for them, of course, this is Canada).

The thing to remember is that first, this is a roundup of political blogs. And if politics is show business for ugly people, not making the mark is a good thing.
Second, look at the leftie list. Robert "fuck the Jews" McClelland is number six on that ranking. I'd be pretty happy to be left alone by anyone who thinks that guy's worth reading.

Flea,
No, I don't think that you "suck." I'm sorry you feel that way, since I've enjoyed reading your blog for some years now.
You weren't included in my NP lists for one simple reason - your blog is non-partisan. And as I stated, I decided not to include non-partisan blogs and/or bloggers in the two lists.
It was a personal decision, but I stand by it.
