Melissa Auf Der Maur kept me listening to Hole even as the Love train wreck occurred. Glimpses were enough.

Yeah, I still remember how cool she looked in the "Gold Dust Woman" video.
Didn't she play with the Smashing Pumpkins for awhile too, during their ill-conceived "metal" phase?
