Gwen Stefani: Sweet Escape

Many people, including Agent Bedhead, are baffled by Gwen Stefani's latest. These people have someone failed to notice Gwen Stefani's legs. There you go. Now is the time at the Flea when we dance.

It's very hard to notice Gwen's legs when she has the harijuki girls dressed up like Gwen robots.

I have no objection to the Harajuku girls but am blinded by Stefani's legs; them's flawless.

I like Gwen Stefani's legs a lot, but I am baffled by the continuing popularity of her music. I liked it better when it was the old brand (No Doubt) and had a rougher edge to it. When she broke up with Tony her music was all angst-y and feminist-y. And interesting. Now it's all Madonna-esque shallowness and dance-synth-pop. To quote Randy Jackson [American Idol]: I'm just not feeling it, dawg.

And to really turn this into a late-breaking edition of E! True Hollwood, I think you should share your thoughts regarding the disintegration of the Manson [Warner]/Von Teese [Sweet] union. Seeing as you analyzed it to death on a previous outing. =) You were spot-on about the more-Rose-McGowan-than-Rose-Gowan angle, I think.

DO tell.

I admit you have got me dead to rights on this. When I read that Manson had moved on I was eager to see my model confirmed by the latest iteration of the McGowan-type. You can imagine my upset at seeing he is dating a blonde of all things. I confess I had been avoiding the subject in the hopes this new relationship would - as I continue to fully expect - implode in short order. Barring that, and frankly better yet, for the new love interest to dye her hair the appropriate colour; with that change her pin-up features and hour-glass figure continue to fit the bill.

There are a couple other possibilities it is worth entertaining but I am going to hold off and post about it rather than expounding at length here. Suffice to say this turn of events may indicate the genesis of some form of mental illness.

That or he's just moved beyond the whole pin-up thing.

But on second thought that's impossible. Guys are hard-wired to like pin-ups. Forever. So strike that thought.
