Fashion is a vitamin for style

Pink Tentacle reports on the Hyper Space Couture Design Contest. These looks are so hot they are from the near future.
The 11 garments appearing in the show were selected from over 880 designs submitted by college students. The clothes incorporate a variety of features designed for zero gravity, such as ruffles that expand under weightless conditions or small air-jet propulsion systems in the sleeves to help you change direction while floating.
I am holding out for Wilma Deering. Ripped abs, don't fail me now!
I don't drink... wine Update: Ok, I am not saying I am a space vampire. I am only saying I can relate to space vampires.

I forgot there were lyrics to the BRit25thC theme song.
I caught an episode the other day. A retired crew of 85 year olds who had been wrongly washed out of the service were called back to help attack some warlord. Wilma had her purple uniform on. "Cosmic forces beyond all comprehension."

Colonel Deering was the best thing about that show. I liked the fact that she was potrayed as a decent fighter pilot and usually ended up bailing Buck out of trouble, not the other way around.

Purple!
I was listening to the old Buck Rogers radio serial the other night. In the one episode I managed to tolerate, Buck was basically Dr. Huer's chimp. I was surprised to discover Wilma Deering was still a strong character. Fit too, apparently.

I like the blue number on the chick second back. Like a happy little spaceship stewardess from planet smurf. Meow.

Planet Smurf! Ha!
Or possibly Whoville.
