You are quite right I probably should. The trouble is that American Idol just did not hold my interest this year. My feeling about the Pickler-haters is that most of them are animated by a sense of frustration with themselves. If an attractive and amiable young woman like her were to take an interest in them I am certain it would be the luckiest day of their lives.

I actually dated a girl like Kellie Pickler in high school, and have had subsequent offers from the Pickleresque in the 13 winters since. Looks do not make up for manipulativly vacuous affectation, perhaps the most unattractive quality in humanity, aside from rank sadism.

It combines two deplorable yet antithetical qualities: stupidity with evil cunning.
