The uncensored version of that song is the most crass thing ever set to music. And not in a good way, either. I was in a car with a friend in FL who blared that song, while I tried to fold myself under the seat in horror.

I'd be more concerned about the message sent out to today's young people that it's entirely acceptable to lick the components of a high-end sport utility vehicle... I'm sure there are some long-term health ramifications to running your tongue along a steering wheel, or even worse (because of the potential for smushed bugs), the side-door mirrors...
