Star Trek XI
Most fans have noticed the odd numbered Star Trek films have been utter pants (though I quite liked the first one). Given the descent into blah of the latest series I do not hold out much hope the premise of the eleventh Star Trek film will save it from the odd-numbered curse, "Romulan chill pill" notwithstanding.
Reports of the next movie have it taking place after the events of "Star Trek: Enterprise" and before the adventures of James Kirk in the original "Star Trek" series. Jendresen confirmed that the movie would take place more than a century before Kirk, but acknowledged that it would not be an "Enterprise" spinoff.
