Bugger. Windows Media Player always crashes on your now-is-the-time links. I'm sure it's just me, but I don't know how to fix it.

Aha! All I have to do is install a separate copy of Windows XP running inside Virtual PC on top of my existing Windows XP and then fire up Internet Explorer in that, and then let that run Windows Media Player, and I too can see the light!
