I'm OK (updated)

"I could hear her say, 'I'm OK,' " he said. "That's more emotion than she has shown in 2˝ years. Then he said, 'I can see you have a father who loves you very much.' "
- Lynn Faulkner

Update: 9:06 p.m.

How heavily do the destinies of this generation hang upon the government and people of the United States.
- Winston Churchill

MegaPundit is hosting Unofficial Election 2004 Results. Excellent resource for those wanting the maximum nail biting experience (via Small Dead Animals). Yahoo!News has a nice graphical representation of electoral results.

Update: 10:03 p.m.

The crazies are out in the Annex tonight and all the police who were around earlier have been retasked to some presumably crazier neighbourhood. Perhaps the freakiness is the result of some global psychic meltdown from the world historical events underway south of the border. At least I got my money back from the rotten milk I bought. Blech.

Update: 11:16 p.m.

Have you forgotten? (No.)

Update: 11:31 p.m.

Mudville Gazette offers some important thoughts (via Being American in T.O.).

I have mud to clean from my boots and a bed that needs me on it. Tomorrow I have to help rebuild Iraq some more. We're Americans, that's what we do to defeated foes.

No noise while I'm sleeping. Don't make me have to get out of that bed and come back over there and smack you.

Vote.

You’re welcome.

Go to NRO's the Corner - best coverage I've seen by far, because they have insiders in the Bush campaign, who are reporting their polls from the ground - way, way ahead of the networks.
