Death Ray
The Death Ray is "an oxygen cannon using a nine thousand volt power supply to ignite the reaction chamber with an ultra hot plasma arc. It can be constructed for around two hundred dollars."

Thanks Flea. I love colecting little tidbits like this, for the same reason that I treasure my copy of the old "Illustrated Encyclopedia of Technology"...I entertain the fantasy of possibly being able to Macguyver up some amazing piece of tech if ever the need arises;)
