Barking Moonbat Early Warning System alerts us to strange goings on in Antarctica. Has anyone else here worked at McMurdo or elsewhere in Antarctica? And what does it take to get a unique visitor that will make an Antarctica icon show up in my Awstats?

Never been stationed there but I have done a lot of research on it for various aviation concerns.
My understanding is that most of the individuals stationed at McMurdo or the Amundsen-Scott station at the pole may show up under the spole.gov domain. They probably won't show up with the .aq country identifier for Antarctica. Brits in Antarctica would probably show up as bas.ac.uk, and I have no idea what the other nations (Chile, Argentina, etc.) would show up as.
And as far as e-mail addresses go, they are usually related to the sponsoring agency that sent them there, so their e-mail address would be .edu, .gov, bas.ac.uk, etc.

I shall keep an eye for ".aq". I have a ".qa" for Qatar this month... and I am still pleased with my visits from Red China last month. Now I need to work on being blocked by them Commie servers!
