Refugee class
Because camping in bad weather with overbearing guidance councelors is so foreign to growing up in Canada (via Angua).
A Winnipeg high school is trying a new kind of camp that lets students feel what it's like to live the difficult life of a refugee. Although the experience only lasts a day, the students say it is one they will never forget.

Winterpeg is pretty much a refugee camp, no? This sounds like one of the better cases of unintended irony since they named a town in Nova Scotia "Lower Economy".
