Moldova
The contestants for Miss World are a bit of a muchness but Miss Moldova, Elena Daniliciuc wins in the Triumphant Hat category (via the Melbourne Truth of blogs).
Elena is a student at the Academy of Economy. It is her ambition to own her own model agency. Elena enjoys, cooking, Latino & disco dancing and playing basketball.
Economics and basketball go together like Moldova and triumphant hats. A separate issue is that of Miss Wales... despite/because of my triumphant Welsh heritage I confess some confusion as to what gets counted as a country (though I can only approve of Ms Thomas' kick-boxing abilities).

I am surprised that you did not mention Canada's contestant, Nazanin Afshin-Jam. Although she is hoping to enter the moonbat-filled realm of journalism, she does show signs of redeeming qualities. According to the site she has attained the cadet rank of Warrant Officer First Class, and is qualified to fly both gliders and powered (presumably single-engine piston) aircraft.
Since Canada already has an international reputation as the world's leading supplier of left-leaning, self-righteous, blow-dried media types, maybe we should try to steer her into a more productive and rewarding career - like Defence critic for the Alliance.
