Oh the peopleanity
Once upon a time a roommate of the Flea was castigated when overheard using the term 'humanity' at a bank machine. "Excuse me," (this was Canada, after all) demanded the interupter, "But you used the word humanity. Humanity has the word 'man' in it. That's sexist." "No, it isn't," explained my friend the interuptee. "Yes, it is," the interupter continued. "I prefer the word 'peopleanity'."
And so a meme was born. The birthplace? Carleton University.
The student council motion stated that orientation week "strives to be inclusive" and "all orientees and volunteers should feel like their fundraising efforts will serve their diverse communities."
Nick Bergamini was the only student councillor to vote against the motion.
"I think that it's political correctness gone horribly, horribly wrong," he said. "They're playing not just politics with this, but they're playing racial politics, and I think it's entirely inappropriate."
The Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation called the student council's decision "crushing."
Note the CBC's vile little fig leaf for this anti-white and anti-male hatred. As if truth would prove to be a defence were it proved true that only white men developed cystic fibrosis. The article goes on to point out people from India and the Middle East are also at risk. Expect a volte face from Carleton's fascist student council once they learn their genocidal Nazi allies could use the cash; they can always use another ambulance in Gaza.
RTWT and especially have a look at the comments, they are sane (hat tip to the Family Compact).
Nick Bergamini for Prime Minister, please.

This is even more idiotic than the retarded gay thing at Queen's.
As for humanity, I always respond with "I'm as much a man as the next fellow."
