Nothing was your own except the few cubic centimetres inside your skull

As Olympic participants notice their internet access is not as unrestricted as had been promised, the organizers of this fascist spectacle admit they had a side deal with the Chinese all along (hat tip to Mr. Liddle).

Some International Olympic Committee officials cut a deal to let China block sensitive websites despite promises of unrestricted access, a senior IOC official admitted on Wednesday. ...

Attempts at the main press centre to access the website of Amnesty International, which released a report on Monday slamming China for failing to honor its Olympic human rights pledges, continued to prove fruitless by mid-week. Other websites, including those relating to the banned spiritual group Falun Gong, are also inaccessible.

One communist flak observed, "I would remind you that Falun Gong is an evil, fake religion which has been banned by the Chinese government." Not content with bringing publishers before kangaroo courts and banning Christian ministry, such is the power the CRTC and a clique of "human rights" parasites want to accrue to themselves over news from far away countries protected by the First Amendment. If the Flea goes dark they will have succeeded.

Presentists and growing block universe theorists beg to differ.
