That logo is almost a distillation of all the reasons why the CIA ought to be disbanded. And yes, unfortunately a lethal Captain America really is a pleasant surprise, particularly when you look at the Belgianization of G.I. Joe. (Not a great link, but it gives the gist of the story.)

Maybe I've misread the sentence, Flea, but I thought I'd make the point anyhow: Ross isn't a Marvel artist. He's an artist who happened to work on a Marvel piece, much as he's worked on DC pieces, Upper Deck stuff, America's Best Comics, etc. Even a Battle of the Planets - Thundercats crossover painting!
