The sister is a model citizen

HeatherStewart-Whyte.jpg

While Heather Stewart-Whyte (pictured above) has modelled for Elite and Storm she is perhaps best known as a representative of Victoria's Secret; and to tennis fans as the former Mrs. Yannick Noah.

All quite notorious making I am sure you will agree. As I am also reasonably confident you will agree that not all publicity is good publicity. Unfortunately, it transpires her brother is Don Stewart-Whyte (via Ace). The problem is that Don was recently charged with plotting to carry out an historic atrocity under the nom de guerre, Abdul Wahid; the poltroon.*

She was once the face of Gucci, reportedly earning £1 million a year, and has appeared in fashion shows with Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss. Her half-brother Don converted to Islam six months ago changing his name to Abdul Wahid.

Heather claims she has never met Don. Which is probably just as well.

*Who is, of course, innocent until proven guilty; may he burn in hellfire.

Testing...

[Can I test, too?]

These half-brother things are all very iffy. And since when do the Dons of the world become terrorists. Next - what? - the Steves and Daves? There needs to be another word that takes into account the Daveness and the lame-assedness.

[By all means. There was an echo developing in here but now it has cleared up.]

Hence the shift to Abdul. The press may insist on using the triple-barrel serial-killer sounding English name but he knew perfectly well nobody was going to take him seriously as a mass murderer with the name "Don".

I think the double barrelled last name, though, is quite apt as it mirrors the sort of 1930s upper class fascist twit who was sympathetic to the Nazi cause and would like to have seen it copied in the UK - puritan, privileged, anti-human and with a keen desire to make things go kaboom.

Not all publicity is good publicity, but it seems she already had her career and benefitted from it to the point where she's probably taken care for the rest of her life... as opposed to having something like this happen at the start of a career.
