Last tango for Paris

Recently afforded the honour of topping PeTA's worst-dressed celeb list*, Paris Hilton's notoriety would seem assured. Yet Best Weekend Ever asks: Is Paris over? I find it difficult to believe Vanity Fair would reject her for not being famous enough (the cads!). It seems rather more likely we will know the Paris phenom is done with when she is left off a guest list and the press fails to report it.

On Sunday night, Hilton was banned from Vanity Fair's annual post-Oscar party. With only 500 invites, Vanity Fair Editor in Chief Graydon Carter reportedly didn't think Hilton was important enough to attend. "Paris who? She will never attend one of the parties I host," said the editor.

*The dolts. Paris loves animals. She is very sweet that way.
