My suggestion: if Harper wins and can do nothing else in four years in office, make sure the budget of the CBC and the CRTC are set to zero. The internet will take care of the rest, routing around the various rotten legislation that limits the ability of Canadians to communicate with each other without first strapping on a Liberal-approved speech-correcting gasmask.
