Schwarzenegger/Rice 2008
It is time for a constitutional amendment the American people can use. Only citizens born in the United States can become President of the United States. It is time to make an exception.
At least that is the view from north of the border. I would swim Lake Ontario if it meant I could vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger for Governor of California.
